Around it sits a dense layer of dental, physio, imaging and specialist practices that hire quietly and constantly.

And because Walnut Creek is the junction where BART’s Antioch and Dublin/Pleasanton lines meet the San Francisco line, it is realistically commutable from most of the county — worth widening your search to if you are within a train ride.
