Role description

This part-time to full-time role is available across Bay Area communities including San Jose, Richmond, and Antioch. Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians provide direct ABA therapy to people with developmental and behavioral support needs. Flexible scheduling makes this a strong opportunity for students exploring psychology or special education

What you’ll do

Implement behavior intervention plans under clinical supervision Collect and document objective data Assist with skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs Collaborate with supervising clinicians Foster a supportive environment for learners and families

What you’ll bring

Knowledge and application of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Ability to implement behavioral intervention techniques and follow detailed treatment plans Strong communication skills with clients, families, and clinical teams High school diploma or equivalent; education in psychology or a related field is valued Patience, adaptability, and a compassionate approach to client care RBT certification, or willingness to obtain it, is preferred Previous ABA or behavioral-health experience is a plus, but not required
