MD-Healthcare Clinics is a veteran-owned and operated medical practice seeking a compassionate, dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our growing team on a part-time/per diem basis.

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care in clinic, home, and community-based settings.
Assist with primary care, wound care, and chronic disease management.
Perform patient assessments, obtain vital signs, and document patient encounters.
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic medical record (eClinicalWorks).
Follow established clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
Qualifications:

Active California LVN license in good standing.
Experience in primary care, wound care, or home health preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Reliable transportation for patient visits.
Schedule: Flexible, part-time/per diem, based on patient care needs.
